Texas Instruments (TI) provides excellent sensitivity stability and integrated protection functions better than temperature, and introduced the chopped stable Hall effect magnetic sensor DRV5013-Q1. The magnetic field is indicated by a digital bipolar latch output. This IC has an open-drain output stage with a current sinking capability of 30mA. The device has reverse polarity protection up to -22V over a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 38V, making the device suitable for a variety of automotive applications. Provides internal protection functions for reverse power supply, load dump and output short circuit or over current.
