The MIC94061 and MIC94063 feature an active load discharge circuit which ensures capacitive loads retain no charge when the main switch is in an OFF state.
The MIC2954 is an efficient voltage regulator with very low dropout voltage (typically 40 mV at light loads and 375 mV at 250 mA), and low quiescent current (120 µA typical). The quiescent current of the MIC2954 increases only slightly in dropout, thus prolonging battery life. Key MIC2954 features include protection against reversed battery, fold-back current limiting, and automotive load dump protection (60V positive transient).
The LT3014B is a high voltage, micropower low dropoutlinear regulator. The device is capable of supplying 20mA of output current with a dropout voltage of 350mV. Designed for use in battery-powered or high voltage systems, the low quiescent current (7µA operating) makes the LT3014B an ideal choice. Quiescent current is also well controlled in dropout.
The TPS717 family of low-dropout (LDO), low-power linear regulators offers very high power-supply rejection (PSRR) while maintaining very low 45-μA ground current in an ultra-small, five-pin SOT package. The family uses an advanced BiCMOS process and a PMOS pass device to achieve fast start-up, very low noise, excellent transient response, and excellent PSRR performance.
The LM285/LM385 series are micropower two−terminal bandgap voltage regulator diodes. Designed to operate over a wide current range of 10 A to 20 mA, these devices feature exceptionally low dynamic impedance, low noise and stable operation over time and temperature. Tight voltage tolerances are achieved by on−chip trimming
The LMV93x-N family (LMV931-N single, LMV932-N dual and LMV934-N quad) are low-voltage, lowpower operational amplifiers. The LMV93x-N family operates from 1.8-V to 5.5-V supply voltages and have rail-to-rail input and output. The input commonmode voltage extends 200 mV beyond the supplies which enables user enhanced functionality beyond the supply voltage range
This new SIDACtor series thyristors are targeted for the tertiary or line driver side protection position for VDSL2+, ADSL2 applications and general I/O protection functions. This new low capacitance over voltage protection does not require a bias voltage and is sufficiently robust for the chipside position behind the coupling transformer.
